Terms and Conditions

• The Basics 

• Please come with your hair free of any style and debris and detangled if you have recently taken down braids or a previous style.
• Prices are a standard starting point and price will increase based on length, density and detangling needs. 
• A new client experience is MANDATORY if you are a new client or if you have not been serviced 3 months or more at R Salon. 
• A non-refundable booking deposit is required at time of scheduling.
• Please schedule all services that you are interested in receiving as to services will not be able to be added on at your scheduled physical appointment time.
• A consultation is REQUIRED for all new clients as well as for any chemical or cutting service no matter what!

New Client Rule 

• All new clients and clients returning after a 12 week absence must schedule the First Time Silk Experience unless looking to schedule any other entree service. Please read service details when scheduling any service. 

Be Prepared - The Density Rule

• Thick hair equates to High Density! High density requires more time. Please make sure to click the High density tab when scheduling to assure that the adequate timing for schedule is acquired. Failing to do so will result in an appointment cancellation and will forfeit deposit.
